Post-conflict and developing nation’s face complex internal and transnational challenges while attempting to build institutions that are sustainable and meet the demands of their constituents.  PSI deploys functional experts who provide critical training and international development needs supporting peacekeeping and rule of law missions.  Current programs require military and law enforcement advisors; strategic advisory services, equipment procurement, supply chain and logistical support; and construction services.

• Building proficient military and law enforcement institutions and support infrastructures,
• Supporting the foundation of stability for good governance,
• Providing technical assistance for law enforcement and counter narcotics programs, and
• Implementing train-the-trainer sustainability and conversion programs.
